Shipping & Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return it and receive a full refund to your credit card through Paypal.
Items can be returned within 3 days of their receipt. The item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped (new and unused). Please contact me before making a return shipping. We don't make refund in custom orders.
The buyer is responsible for the costs of such return shipping.
Please make sure the item is packed up safely so it won't get damaged on the way back.
Due to the variation in coloring, the item you receive will be slightly different than the photos show. Each item is unique.
Payment is processed securely through Paypal
Purchased items are to be shipped within 3 business days of payment. If the item is made to order please allow the days that are described in the listing.
Shipment from Uruguay takes between 3 and 5 business days and is made through private courier; this system shall always provide you with a tracking number.
The items are shipped to the address that appears in your Etsy account; should you want it to go to a different address, please contact me.
Please be aware that I, as the seller, cannot pay for any applicable duty or tax (e.g. VAT) charged in your country. The recipient of the merchandise shall be responsible for the payment of the duty or VAT upon delivery.
